Anyone registered for an Exhibitor Staff Pass via this portal will be able to scan leads via the event app onsite. Only Exhibitor Staff Pass holders will be able to scan leads, so please ensure you and your team are registered for the correct pass type.
Lead scanning can be done through your own mobile devices, but if needed, you can rent additional devices via the exhibitor portal as well (Deadline: March 23rd, 2026).
If you rent devices, they can be picked up onsite at registration during on-site registration hours at the desk labelled ‘Lead Retrieval’. Anyone from your team can pick up the devices. If you need onsite assistance, visit the Lead Retrieval desk located at the main registration.
