Included in your 10’x10’ or 10’x20’ booth space: 

• 8’ High Back Wall Drape (black) (not included in island booths) 
• 3’ High Side Wall Drape (black) (not included in island booths) 
• 11” X 17” Booth Identification Sign (booths 300 sq ft or less) 

Standard Inclusions: 

• Company listing on the DCW website 
• Company listing within Official Event App 
• Networking / meeting features and basic level exhibitor features within Official Event App  
• Exhibitor Staff Passes (*Number of passes is based on Sponsorship or Allotted Amount in Agreement) 
• Expo Passes to distribute to clients or guests (*Number of passes is based on Sponsorship or Allotted Amount in Agreement) 

The following items are NOT included in your space: 

• Carpet - The exhibit hall floor is concrete. Show Management requires all exhibitors provide flooring for their booths. If you do not own booth flooring, a flooring order form with various styles can be found in the Booth Furnishings Section of this service manual. If you need help ordering the correct size, please contact Freeman. As part of Informa's sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and carbon emissions, aisle carpet has been removed from DCW.

• Electricity, Internet and other Utilities 
These services can be ordered using the appropriate order form in the Specialty Contractor Section of this Manual
